My husband and I just purchased a dining room set from your company. The set was only available online, and we were nervous, having not seen the actual furniture. We went back and forth a bit, settled on one, and we love the quality if it. But that is not why I am writing. On the phone, a few times, I had the pleasure of working with Kelly in your Braintree store. When we finally decided on the table, and called the place to order, I didn’t hesitate to call Kelly. I’ve never met her in person, but she is one of the most pleasant salespeople I have ever come across-in person/on the phone/online, you name it.
She was thorough, informative and unfailingly patient with my questions. I was so happy with her service. Kelly actually had a smile in her voice the entire time we spoke! Additionally, anyone I ever spoke to there was wonderful. When we had our delivery scheduled, we had to call and ask a question on timings, and we spoke with Barbara- also a pleasure to deal with. Finally, the delivery men- Rick and Tim- were not only nice and polite, but so accomodating and pleasent to work with. I am just beside myself with the level of customer service we experienced. It’s one thing to come across one nice person, but you have got to be doing something right when every last person that we worked with was an absolute joy. So, we thank you. The experience was so great, that in the end, the table and chairs were just a bonus.

Usually people write letters when their dissatisfied, but I am writing this to praise both of your delivery teams. The first team was very courteous + capable, I didn’t ask their names. The second delivery team were Pete Emmons and Larry Oliver. They also were courteous, fast workers and were very careful of the furniture. I also want to praise Mike our salesman. He helped make my selections easier. Both the delivery teams and your salesmen are an asset to your company.

We had delivery of a sofa on Saturday morning and just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the whole delivery experience. The sofa was delivered by John and Chris on Truck # 35. They were extremely helpful and very polite gentlemen. They had quite a bit of difficulty getting the sofa in our TV room but assured us right from the beginning they would get it done. They remained pleasant throughout. We have had some rather unpleasant furniture deliveries in the past (not from your staff) but I have to say this one was the best. Hats off the Chris and John and your company.

Dear Bernie and Phyl,
I want you to know that we think that your sales team is awesome! Starting with Julie Bloom Sales Associate, Kim in Customer Service, and your shipping people-Mike was the last gentlemen at our house; each person was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The first gentlemen was unable to fit the box spring up to the third floor. We had guests coming to visit that night of course and we asked if we could solve the problem that day knowing it was a tall order the day before Thanksgiving!
Customer service called me three times on Wednesday November 24th to solve the problem. First call from Kim in the morning to let me know she was working on our problem. Second call from another top notch customer service person to give me options. Third call from Kim to let me know a split foundation would be delivered that afternoon. Mike brought it and finished the assembly that the morning crew had initiated. We are so appreciative. Our guests loved the comfort of our new guest bed and comfy Serta mattress!
I told everyone at Thanksgiving Dinner (25 of us!) what an amazing customer service experience I had and I will continue to share it. Thank you very, very much. best wishes to you all for a happy and healthy holiday season.

I recently made a purchase at your Saugus Location. I want you to know that from the moment l stepped into the beautiful showroom to the delivery of my purchase it was a most positive experience. Your sales associate Chuck Cushing was courteous, polite and very PATIENT on both my visits before I made a selection. The delivery was made in the prescribed time frame and the delivery men were courteous and efficient.

I am just writing to say what a wonderful experience my first purchase from your store was. Yesterday I decided which dinette set to buy and viewing your website. I called your Nashua store to find out if it was in stock. It was in the warehouse and delivered this morning at 7:30! Your delivery men were professional and efficient. Oh! I forgot to say how much i love the table and chairs. They are perfect for what I need.This could not have been a more satisfying experience and I will make more purchases in the future. My mom and I came to your store in the hopes of buying some furniture and getting some free food gift cards. I had about 500 dollars in my wallet. I had sat on beds, couches and chairs. We searched around and had the help of people there. Well, that’s the way the ball bounces, I just wanted to say that your staff was very helpful and a gentleman who works there even offered to give a few dollars out of his own pocket. I declined but thanked him for his offered generosity. He was obviously moved by my mother’s distress. Thanks for your help. This happened at your Warwick Rhode Island store.

I just wanted to send a message about what a good experience we had today at the Westboro store. Our sales person, Miguel, was very nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had come into your store after leaving Bob’s Discount quite unhappy. They were unwilling to even give us free delivery. Because your salesman, not only got that for us but also an additional $ amount off the sofa and chair, I purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables. Thank you for you customer service and kudos for a very nice man that greeted us.

I would like to take this moment to show my appreciation regarding a recent purchase. I purchased a sofa in April of this year, although we did love it at first, a few months in we started having problems. A technician was sent out on three occasions, the latest finally agreed that the sofa was defective. Customer service contacted us the next day, and we were informed that we could re-select new furniture. We returned to the Saugus store a few days later, and we were soon greeted by Olga. We explained the situation to her, she informed us that the original salesperson was not in that day, and she would be happy to help us out, knowing that she would not get the sale. She could not have been more helpful and professional, she spent quite a while with us whiles we went back and forth to different sofa styles fabric and so forth. We finally came to a decision, and she put in our order. I didn’t get Olga’s last name, but I wanted to make sure that her hard work did not go unnoticed.

I just wanted to say thank you for your great customer service. I called in a month ago to order a couch to match my chair and love seat and Linda (LHD WOC) was so helpful and friendly. She followed up with me on my special order and I felt completely take care of. My couch arrived today and it matches perfectly. Every time I go into the store or work with people over the phone my experience has been terrific.
