I wanted to thank you so very much for taking the time out of your busy day on Saturday for meeting with my son Robert Mahoney. He was so excited to audition. He was registered first, jumped up and down and as I’m sure you saw on the audition video how excited he was. Most importantly, it made our day to speak to you and making him feel like a celebrity.
I was so pleased when you mentioned you are both involved with aspergers/autism and if you have any information or events you’d like to share or need my help please let me know. I wanted to say that things like Saturday are things that make my son know he’s just as “good” as anybody else and has the opportunity as any other child. He is a very smart and caring boy and i know he will succeed in life because he has great parents as we, family, and nice people like you who support, love care and always involved. I am a high school senior at Lynn, MA. We are currently diong a project on consumerism. I am doing this project with three other students.
On December 26, 2007, another student and myself entered the Saugus Bernie & Phyl’s store to shop and look for furniture to furnish a dorm room. Our partners went to Jordan’s Furniture. We were asked to get information abou tthe return policies. Also to learn about any rebates and to just learn about consumerism as a whole.
After about five minutes of being in the store the store associate, Mr. Ted Kiser approached us very nicely. He asked us if we were all set or if we needed any help. We asked him where the futon’s were; in particular the one that was in the ad that we had with us. Very kindly Mr. Kiser led us in the right direction. I personally was pleased with that. When we were done we continued to walk around again. Mr. Kiser again approached us and asked us if we needed any more help or if we were all set.
Our experience at the store was, we agreed, the best experience that we had ever had. Both Danielle and I had a really good time walking through your store and getting the best help that we could have. Mr. Ted Kiser was the best sales associate taht I have ever met. On behalf of Danielle and I, and the rest of teh group, we would like to say Thank You for the wonderful experience that we had.

A short note to state that we had an excellent experience recently with Bernie & Phyl’s…
Ken in the Nashua store sold us a living room set and bedroom set at an attractive price.
Tony Ameral, the store manager was able to arrange for furniture deliver to Your Beach on an alternate date.
The delivery personnel from Norton were on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. They assembled the furniture and were extremely service oriented. The furniture looks great!
We are very pleased with the furniture and service. The efforts expended by all is greatly appreciated and the overall experience greatly exceeded our expectations.
We have purchased furniture from Bernie & Phyl’s on a few occasions and have always been pleased. Our satisfaction with the above service will assure our return for all of our furniture needs.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought my mother a very lovely, comfortable chair for her assisted living residence from the Bernie & Phyl’s store in Westborough. The woman who helped me (Katie) was absolutely wonderful. I was pleased that the chair could be delivered as quickly as it was. And I was amazed at the level of communication about delivery. My mother is pleased with her chair. I cannot say enough how terrific everyone was - it was a pleasant experience.

I am writing to tell you about the pleasant, efficient and impressive custoemr service experience we enjoyed, courtesy of the Bernie & Phyl’s staff at the Nashua location.
My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress for months before we stopped by Bernie and Phyl’s Nashua store.
We were greeted by a personable, upbeat and well0informed salesperson named Alison. After listening closely to our preferences, she showed us a few models and waited (very patiently, I might add!) while we tried - and tried - and tried again! - every model over and over. Alison addressed our every question and kept smiling through the process.
Ultimately, we’d chosen a reasonably priced Sterns and Foster set - one great choice made possible with Alison’s assistance! All that customer service and a Thank You card to boot!
And the experience doesn’t end there! Our delivery was right on time and the delivery staff were friendly and extremely efficient - so much so that they arrivedd, removed the old set, placed the new set and departed within an amazing 15 minutes! They were personalbe and professional.

I am going to recommend Bernie & Phyl’s for all my friends furniture shopping because of how wonderful truck 9 was when they delivered my order.
They even lifted up the sofa so that I could vaccum under it! I am SO VERY happy with how kind they were and how professional they acted.

I was so thrilled with my merchandise from Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture. The drivers were great and did what they needed to do in a professional manner. The sales person was also great and she really knew her stuff. I will definitely shop at Bernie & Phyl’s again in the future.
